Meet the Owner
Kelly MacCord
Owner & Lead Designer
Kelly MacCord is the daughter of longtime builder Jack MacCord and brings a lifetime of exposure to the construction industry. Her experience has been shaped through years of hands-on work across multiple established firms.
Today she leads MacCord Family Builders with a focus on design, detail, and client experience. Kelly is a true multi-tasker — while she runs the day-to-day operations of the business, her main focus is working directly with clients. She is our lead 3D designer, using 20/20 design software to create detailed layouts for kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, and more.
Kelly also guides clients through every material selection — tile, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and beyond. Through her design studio, clients have access to a wide variety of cabinet lines, finishes, and price points to fit any vision and budget.
Kelly is an active member of BCA (Business Clubs America) and Philadelphia U40.
Her number one goal: make sure every client's expectations are not just met — but surpassed.
Meet the Vice President
Andrew Jablokov
Vice President
Andrew has been working in construction since he was a teenager — an experience that included managing and maintaining his parents' 152-unit apartment building along with multiple other commercial and residential properties.
That hands-on foundation gave Andrew extensive knowledge across all aspects of construction, from the ground up. He brings a practical, start-to-finish understanding of what it takes to deliver a project the right way.
Andrew attended La Salle High School and went on to graduate from Penn State University. He is a key part of the MacCord Family Builders leadership team, helping ensure every project runs smoothly from day one.
Our Foundation
Jack MacCord
Industry Veteran — Building Since 1972
MacCord Family Builders was started by Kelly and Andrew to honor Kelly's father, Jack MacCord, and the family name he built over a lifetime in the trades. Jack has been in the residential building industry since 1972 — over his career he has built everything from silos to churches, schools, theaters, commercial complexes, swimming pool enclosures, and custom homes.
Though mostly retired today, Jack still lends his expertise to the business — helping with estimates, permits, and the kind of hard-won knowledge that only comes from decades in the field.
Jack holds a degree in Construction Methodology and Management and is an active member of BCA (Business Clubs America) and BRN.
